Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been processed.
Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition when you first received it. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
